⌘ is command
⌥ is option
^ is control (ctrl)
⇧ is shift

⌘ z = undo (the most important keyboard shortcut- It is better to undo a mistake than to try to fix it.)
⌘ s = save
⌘ b = new bin (in the browser)
j = play backwards
k = pause
l = play
holding down k and tapping j or l will move it one frame at a time
space bar = play/pause
i = add an in point
o = add an out point
⌥ i = delete in point
⌥ o = delete out point
⌥ x = delete in and out points
= brings the playhead to the beginning of the clip or sequence
= brings the playhead to the end of the clip or sequence
<-- moves one frame back
--> moves one frame forward
up arrow moves to the last edit point
down arrow moves to the next edit point
